Nigerian towns, villages, seaports and airports will be linked by new rail connections, the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) has announced.

“All routes are set to be linked for efficient service delivery,” managing director of the NRC Jetson Nwankwo told local journalists in the capital Lagos.
While details of the project were not disclosed, the NRC said the links would be complete in 25 years, according to African news site allafrica.com.

Railway infrastructure, rolling stock and transport technologies specialist focused on global rail industry developments, high-speed rail systems, signaling technologies and freight transportation. Covering railway investments, public transport modernization, rail operations and international mobility projects across Europe, Asia and North America.
