The exercise was designed to bolster coordination among stakeholders. Participants included representatives from public agencies, private-sector partners, first responders, and local organizations.

Simulated Scenarios

The exercise simulated real-world crisis scenarios to help ensure a rapid, coordinated, and effective cross-agency response in the event of an actual emergency, according to ACTA officials.

Interactive Format and Objectives

The tabletop’s interactive format allowed participants to identify potential threat vectors, test response plans, identify gaps, and develop actionable improvements.
