TÜLOMSAŞ has Manufactured the Freight Wagon with TSI Certificate

TÜLOMSAŞ has successfully obtained a TSI Certificate and manufactured the first local freight wagon in Turkey, paving the way for seamless interoperability with European railways.

TÜLOMSAŞ has manufactured the freight local wagon with TSI Certificate and congruent with EU in Turkey for the first time.

TÜLOMSAŞ has manufactured the first local freight wagon and Y25 Ls (s9d1-k bogie in Turkey as a result of our studies on continually and safely operating the freight wagons on international railways and passenger and freight wagons operating.

TÜLOMSAŞ, the pioneer on railway sector, has obtained TSI Certificate (Technical Specification for Interoperability) for Rilnss type wagon after having audits with a Notified Body (NoBo) and completely local tests with Mechanical Department of İstanbul Technical University. The TSI certificate for the mentioned wagon has entered in force.

In other words, TÜLOMSAŞ’s wagons with TSI certificate will be used with no problems and freedom of movement in Europe.

200 of the mentioned type wagons shall be manufactured at TÜLOMSAŞ and delivered to TCDD till the end of 2015. At the moment, TSI Certifications for two different type of wagon are still continuing and certification process shall be finished soon.
