During the panel, they will debate the role of training in making sure that senior management teams become more diverse in the next 5 years. In a session prior to that the National Skills Academy for Rail (NSAR) will give insights in how the rail industry can encourage those from diverse backgrounds to strive for senior management roles.
Other topics covert in the panel discussion include:
– What are the key challenges that make rail one of the least diverse industries in the UK?
– How can companies work together to attract more women, BAME and other minorities into the industry?
The panel is taking place on day two of the free to attend on-floor seminars at the World MetroRail Congress in London this April. The seminars will be showcasing some of the newest innovations in Urban Rail technology.
