Istanbul RSA Announced a New Tender for Purchasing of Metro Cars

Istanbul rail system department is announced a new tender for purchase of 75 train sets with 4 cars(totally 300 cars). The new train sets will be use in Kabatas-Mecidiyekoy-Mahmutbey line.

Delivery schedule;

-First part of delivery is 144 cars in 42 months. The first deliver(8 cars) will be on 22nd month, And the other deliveries will be 8 cars month by month. After last delivery there will be test drivings during 120 days.

-Second part of delivery is 156 cars in 22 months. The first delivery(8 cars) will be on 39th month. And the other deliveries will be 8 cars month by month until 57th month. Last delivery will be on 58th month with 4 cars. After the last delivery there will be test drivings during 60 days.

The tender will be held on 4 August 2015 at 10:30.
