Recruitment and Training Targets

DB is set to meet its recruitment targets for junior staff, despite the current labor market conditions. The company will offer opportunities across 50 apprenticeship professions and 25 dual study programs. These new recruits will be trained at 33 modern training centers throughout Germany.

Among the dual study programs, civil engineering (100 students), electrical engineering (90), and railway engineering (70) are the most popular fields.
